At AllesZone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in its original or appropriate packaging and in a condition that allows us to verify its eligibility for return.

Products should not show unnecessary damage, misuse, or alterations beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

This return policy does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

2. Free Return Shipping

Return shipping within Germany is free.

Please contact us before returning your product. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Please do not send a return to an address other than the return address or instructions provided by AllesZone.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email or phone.

Please include:

Your order number
Your name
The product you want to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the product and packaging, if the product is damaged or defective

After receiving your request, we will provide the next steps for completing your return.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your eligible refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

After the refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Refund Amount

If your return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable statutory consumer rights.

For eligible returns, return shipping is free within Germany.

7. Return Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from voluntary returns where permitted by applicable law, including products made specifically to the customer's specifications or products subject to a statutory exception.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any applicable statutory right of withdrawal under German and European Union law.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, they remain separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.
