We currently deliver only within Germany.

Standard delivery is free.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

After processing, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return shipping within Germany is free for eligible returns.

Customers should contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
